Senior Odoo Developer + Solutions Architect

Hibou is seeking the best senior Odoo developer with a strong background in software application architecture/DevOps.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop modules for Odoo ERP.
- Engage in R&D for business logic and process optimization tools.
- Work with stakeholders to convert business requirements into technical solutions.
- Maintain and improve the scalability and performance of systems.
Must Have
- Expert-Level: Python
- Expert-Level: DevOps within an ERP ecosystem
- Expert-Level: Source control via Git
- High-Level: Principles of management and business procedures
- High-Level: Javascript
Nice to Have
- Odoo ERP development experience at a senior level.
- Kubernetes and infrastructure background.
Preferred Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's (or higher) degree in computer science or a related field with 5+ years of experience in programming business logic, with the ability to showcase or describe the work in detail.
- Alternatively, 8+ years of relevant experience in business logic development without a degree, with the ability to provide and explain recent project work.
